'다락방 카메라'(이하 "앱")은 이름·이메일처럼 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 이름, 이메일, 기기 식별자, 위치, 사용 기록 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입, 로그인, 광고, 분석 도구가 없습니다. 인앱 결제 상품 조회·구매·복원과 이용권 확인을 위해 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play, 그리고 구매 확인 서비스 RevenueCat과 통신합니다. 이때 앱이 임의로 만든 익명 식별자와 구매 내역(상품, 구매·만료 일시)만 전달되며, 이 정보는 이용자의 신원과 연결되지 않습니다. 촬영한 사진과 동영상은 어떤 통신에도 포함되지 않습니다.
2. 기기 권한과 사용 목적

'앨범 사진 현상'은 기기의 사진 선택 화면을 씁니다. 이용자가 고른 사진 한 장만 앱에 전달되며, 사진 보관함 읽기 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
3. 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 촬영한 사진·동영상: 앱 전용 폴더와, 허용한 경우 기기 사진 앱에 저장됩니다.
- 앱 설정(선택한 카메라, 플래시·날짜 설정, 즐겨찾기): 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 이용권 확인 결과: 이용권 상태를 기기에 저장합니다. 결제 정보는 구매한 스토어가 관리하며 앱은 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 앱 폴더의 사진과 설정이 함께 삭제됩니다. 사진 앱에 저장된 사진은 이용자가 직접 관리합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
앱은 사진·동영상을 자체 서버나 광고·분석 서비스에 제공하지 않습니다. 구매와 복원은 이용자가 선택한 Apple 또는 Google 스토어에서 처리되며, 구매 확인은 RevenueCat(RevenueCat, Inc.)이 처리합니다. 공유 버튼을 누르면 이용자가 선택한 앱으로 해당 사진·동영상이 전달됩니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 연령과 관계없이 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Attic Camera (다락방 카메라, "the app") does not collect personal data that identifies you, such as your name or email address.
1. Information we collect
The app does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, device identifiers, location or usage data. It has no accounts, sign-in, advertising or analytics, and does not upload photos or videos. To load products, process and restore purchases and check access, it communicates with Apple App Store or Google Play and with RevenueCat, a purchase-verification service. Only a random anonymous ID created by the app and your purchase history (products, purchase and expiry dates) are sent, and they are not linked to your identity.
2. Device permissions

"Develop a photo from your library" uses the system photo picker: only the one photo you choose is passed to the app, and no photo-library read permission is requested.
3. Data stored on your device
- Photos and videos you take, in the app's own folder and, if you allow it, in your photo library.
- App settings (selected camera, flash and date options, favorites), on the device only.
- Your access status, so the app works offline. Payment details stay with the store; the app never receives card information.
Deleting the app removes its folder and settings. Photos saved to your photo library remain under your control.
4. Sharing
Photos and videos are not uploaded to our own servers or analytics services. Purchases and restoration are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchases are verified by RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). Using Share sends only the selected photo or video to the application you choose.
5. Children
The app collects no personal data that identifies anyone, including children.
6. Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
